4. Materials:
( A ) The laboratory adopts imported PVC polyethylene board with a thickness of 8 mm and a durable temperature of 85 °C.

6. Air supply system: the air pressure is 1kg/cm² , which is adjusted in two stages
The first adjustment is 2kg/cm² inlet air filter with drainage function; the second adjustment is 1kg/cm² pressure.
7. Spray method:
( A ) Using Bernoult's principle to absorb brine and then atomize, the degree of atomization is uniform, and there is no phenomenon of blocking crystallization, which can ensure the standard of continuous testing.
( B ) Nozzle: Made of special glass nozzle, the spray volume and spray angle can be adjusted.
( C ) The spray volume is adjusted to 1-2mI ( mI/ 80cm² /h ) ( 16 -hour average volume).
( D ) Spray method: continuous or intermittent.
8. Heating system:
Direct heating is adopted, the heating speed is fast and the standby time is reduced. When the temperature reaches ON.OFF switching, the temperature is accurate and the power consumption is small.
